Orders

Whether you're buying a cake, cupcakes, macarons or another sweet treat from our express range, all orders must be placed online with your date and pick up time included. All orders must be placed by Monday 12pm for collection/delivery Friday's & Saturday same week.
Pick Up/Collection

Express orders are not available for collection on Sunday or Monday. Orders are available for collection at our Blackwater Cake Studio only. Once your order has been placed, it cannot be changed and it will not be eligble for a return or refund due to the nature of perishable online orders.
Timeframes

We require at least two/three day's notice for our online cakes & desserts, however if you need an order that week, it must be placed by Monday 12 pm at the latest. If you need your order sooner, please contact us before you place your order and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
