Here’s How It Works

Whether it’s a wedding, birthday, or special celebration, I believe the process of creating your cake should feel just as joyful as the day itself.

With over 15 years of experience and multiple awards, I have refined a simple 3-step process that helps you feel confident every step of the way.

Step 1. Complete the Custom Cake Questionnaire

Start by filling in the Custom Cake Enquiry Form with your event details, inspiration, and must-have ideas. This helps me understand your vision so that I can create something truly special.
Step 2. Book a Free Design Call with Theresa

Once I receive your custom cake enquiry, I will review the details and be in touch to schedule a Design Call to discuss your ideas in detail and finalise your concept. This will allow me to create a custom proposal for you.
Step 3. Quote, Confirm & Celebrate

You’ll then receive a detailed proposal outlining your unique design, chosen flavours, pricing, and delivery details. Once the proposal is approved, lock in your date with a deposit, and then sit back and relax - your cake is in expert hands.
