Returns & Refunds for online orders

Refunds maybe applicable at the descrection of TMF Cake Designs for non perishables only if the product purchased:

  • Does not meet the specifications or description given for its use
  • Is faulty and a replacement product is not available 
  • Is out of date when purchased or within 14 days of expiration of use by date. (This is usually checked before sending to you).

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

FOR ONLINE CAKE/PRODUCT ORDERS:

For all our perishable online cakes and products once your order is placed it cannot be changed, and is not eligible for return or refunds. However if you contact us within the 2-3 day order time frame we can change to another date if available. Please read full product description to make sure the product is right for you, and check out our made to fresh to order, shipping terms and pickup/delivery terms before placing your order. 

For all Custom Wedding and special events cakes/ products please refer to our Terms and Conditions 

We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your enquiry, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. If shipping is required, full cost of shipping is at the cost of the customer. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
