All of our Design Calls are conducted via phone or Zoom and can be conveniently booked for the following times:

• Mondays: 6pm - 8pm
• Tuesdays: 9am - 4pm or 6pm - 8pm

Fill out our enquiry form you will then be sent a booking link to book in a call, and I recommend setting aside 30 minutes to an hour for a comprehensive discussion about your order.

During your Design Call, we’ll cover everything you need to know about your cake. We’ll discuss the available options, the design and style you envision, various flavours, venue and delivery details, and estimated costs.

After your Design Call, I will send you a detailed email summarising everything we discussed, as well as a tailored quote.

If you’re pleased with the proposed cake design, you’ll be asked to pay a booking fee to secure your custom cake and your event date in my diary. This fee will be taken off your final total amount.

This commitment enables TMF Cake Designs to proceed with a more detailed design process, including sketches, additional phone consultations, and a whole lot of creative inspiration!

Once your custom cake design is finalised, I will email you with the complete details, including delivery information and pricing.

If everything meets your expectations, you’ll receive our Custom Cake Agreement to sign. This signed agreement will serve as confirmation for TMF Cake Designs to commence crafting your dream cake!
