How To Order

Collection or Delivery

All orders must be placed online by Monday for collection or delivery on Thursday, Friday, or Saturday. If you need your order sooner or on another day, please get in touch - we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. For more details, please see our Delivery Terms.

Refunds & Cancellations

All of our cakes and desserts are made fresh to order, so once your order is placed it cannot be changed, returned, or refunded. If you contact us within 2–3 days of placing your order, we may be able to reschedule your pickup or delivery date, subject to availability.
