Chocolate Rum ball: Two layers of chocolate cake with chocolate buttercream, rum-soaked sultanas, and Belgian chocolate ganache topped with coconut and rum balls.
For something a bit spicier, we offer a Ginger cake with caramel buttercream and fresh caramel sauce plus toasted pecans.
Gingerbread: a two-layer ginger spiced cake with caramel buttercream, fresh caramel sauce, and toasted pecans topped off with a gingerbread Christmas cookie shape.
