After Your Call
After your Design Call, I will send you an email summarising everything we discussed, as well as a tailored quote. At this point, you will be able to request changes or ask me any questions in relation to the quote. Once you're happy with your quote, you'll be asked to pay a booking fee to secure your event date in my diary. This fee will be taken off your final total amount.
The Design Process
Once your date is locked in to my diary, I will proceed with a more detailed design process, including sketches, additional phone consultations, and a whole lot of creative inspiration. This is when the magic really happens and I start to bring your vision to life!
Final Agreement
Once your cake design is finalised, I will email you the complete details, including delivery information and final pricing (should anything have changed from your initial quote). If everything meets your expectations, you'll receive a Custom Cake Agreement to sign. This signed agreement serves as confirmation for TMF Cake Designs to start creating your dream cake.
